Attorney Profiles: Marc T. Danon

Marc. T. Danon is of counsel to the firm. He has practiced law for more than 25 years in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights and alternative dispute resolution, and he has represented thousands of debtors in cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Marc has been a chairperson and arbitrator for the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASDAQ) for more than 15 years, both in Florida and New York. Marc has also served as an arbitrator for the New York state court system in business litigation matters.

Marc is admitted to practice before all New York state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Marc received his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Gonzaga University School of Law.
